課程大綱:
五天課程AS 9100 Rev. C是全球航天工業(yè)質(zhì)量管理體系驗證的標準，架構(gòu)在ISO 9001：2008的基礎上，并增加航天產(chǎn)品在安全、可靠度及質(zhì)量上特殊要求，期于合理成本下確保顧客的滿意與創(chuàng)造世界級的產(chǎn)品。
本課程是為航空航天和國防工業(yè)等組織 提供的主任審核員課程,為期5天的課程自始至終充分的融入了AS9100C的要求,學習的教材為服務公司提供了真實世界的案例和練習。航天航空過程關(guān)聯(lián)審核有三個主要部分-過程 審核,以顧客為中心和領(lǐng)導作用，每一個部分都必須遵循AS9101D的要求和航空航天審核員轉(zhuǎn)換培訓（AATT）.本課程為主導
過程審核中使用樹狀格式和烏龜圖提供了說明和指南
學員背景要求：

Establish and implement a process of continual improvement to bring initiatives to life (e.g. Industry expectations, lean manufacturing, performance metrics)
